Solar Plant Inspection

Improve Solar Plant Performance with Professional Inspection Services

A solar plant is expected to generate clean energy efficiently for 25 years or more. Nevertheless, dust accumulation, electrical faults, hotspots, damaged modules, loose connections, poor maintenance and other factors can gradually diminish its performance. Such problems often go unnoticed during normal inspections and can result in reduced energy production and lost revenue.

Daulat Solar Care provides professional Solar Plant Inspection, Solar Panel Inspection, and Solar System Inspection services for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar power plants. Our inspections give plant owners practical and evidence-based recommendations to expose hidden performance losses, improve operational reliability, and maximise long-term energy generation.

Unlike a basic visual inspection, our process combines technical expertise, field diagnostics, and performance analysis to understand how your solar plant performs under actual operating conditions. Every inspection is followed by a detailed report that highlights the root causes of power losses, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.

Solar Plant Inspection for Improved Performance

We’ve developed an inspection process that examines all the critical components of your solar power plant. We test the performance of solar modules, strings, inverters, DC and AC Electrical systems, earthing, surge protection, mounting structures, and safety equipment to find any problems that could affect plant performance.

Using sophisticated inspection methods such as thermography and electrical testing, we can find faults that are not visible during routine maintenance. The findings are summarized in a short report with practical recommendations that can help plant owners make informed decisions about maintenance.

Hotspot & String Fault Detection

One of the most common reasons for reduced solar panel performance is hotspots. They can be caused by dying cells, failed bypass diodes, shading, loose connections or manufacturing defects. If left untreated, hotspots can reduce energy production and shorten the life of the solar module.

Our thermographic inspections can assist you in the detection of any hotspots, string faults, bypass diode problems and abnormal temperature variations before becoming a catastrophic failure.

During our recent extensive inspection, we found several hotspots, bypass diodes activated, loose connections in the junction box, and a potential power loss of around 184 kWp. This enables us to plan corrective actions before further performance degradation occurs.

Dust Deposit Identification & Analysis

Dust and soiling are among the main reasons for energy loss, especially in dry and desert areas. A thin layer of dust can dramatically cut the amount of sunlight reaching solar modules.

Our inspection includes a detailed soiling assessment which identifies the type of dust, the levels of dust accumulation and the effect of dust accumulation on plant performance. We also recommend the appropriate frequency of cleaning and the cleaning methods to use, based on the actual conditions of the site.  one assessment, high-adhesion fine dust resulted in an average 3.2% soiling loss, leading to recommendations for regular cleaning every 10–15 days along with best-practice cleaning procedures.

Electrical Safety Audit

Electrical safety is crucial for reliable operation of solar plants. Equipment failure and unplanned downtime can be caused by loose wiring, bad earthing, broken cables or inadequate surge protection.

Our Electrical wiring systems, cable connections, earthing network, surge protection device, junction box, and electrical panel inspection for improved plant safety, lower operational risk and long-term reliable performance.

Detailed Inspection Reports with Actionable Recommendations

Every Solar Plant Inspection ends with a full report. It outlines the inspection findings in simple, practical language. Our reports include Performance Ratio observations, fault analysis, soiling assessment, financial impact, and a prioritized action plan so that plant owners know exactly what should be addressed first.

The recommendations are sorted by impact and priority of implementation, which allows maintenance teams to efficiently improve the plant performance. Our reports also guide O&M teams in cleaning practices, safety, PR monitoring and long-term maintenance planning.

At Daulat Solar Care, we believe that an inspection should result in real, measurable improvements, not just another report. Our Solar Plant Inspection, Solar Panel Inspection, and Solar System Inspection services help plant owners find hidden losses, improve safety, optimize maintenance, and boost energy production.
